Jenny - Easel Card Luminaire

I used a Hero Arts stamp and some old papers from my stash, inked with Antique Linen  distress ink. I added a couple of pearls to the corners and the cute little wooden deer. I've achieved the extra challenge by using a sentiment with different fonts.

Lisa-Jane - Joy layout

I used lots of layers on this layout of a photo we took of my baby son in the days before we had a digital camera.

I mixed up the alphas for my title including some black and white Jenni Bowlin stickers and red Cosmo Cricket tiny alphas. The chipboard Joy die-cut is sprayed with green Mister Huey mist and some sparkle added on top.

Jennifer - Photo Shoot layout

This layout features a photo from 2008, of a photo shoot I did with my daughter.

My supplies included Bazill Sugar Cookie Cardstock. My Mind's Eye All is Bright 6x6 Pad, Stickers from the Collection KitButtonsRhinestones, and Decorative TapeHero Arts Clear GemstonesCosmo Cricket Tiny Type Cream.

Louise - Christmas Wreath

I've been wanting to make one of these since I pinned something similar on Pinterest. It was so simple to make and my only supplies were a snowflake sizzix die, White Bazzill Card, some Gems and a White Huey Mist. These snowflakes would look so pretty with liquid pearls in the centre as an alternative to the gems and you could add some sparkle with stickles!!

We can't wait to see your Christmas projects
Please remember to link directly to your blog post and not just your blog and to include a link back to the challenge.

As some of you will know I celebrated my birthday earlier this month so it seemed fitting that our theme for this month is:

Birthdays!!

And the (optional) extra is ....include CIRCLES OR OVALS somewhere on your project!!

(By the way I will be looking for someone new to join our DT soon so watch out for the DT Call!!)

Lisa-Jane - Now We Are 6 (Divided protectors)

I used divided page protectors so that I could include lots of embellishments, multiple photos and space to journal my story.  I focussed on one aspect of my son's birthday - his present of a guitar for the Wii and the Lego Rock Band game!

The papers are My Mind's Eye, stickers and buttons from stash, Cosmo Cricket  and Smash washi tapeglossy accents to pick out the pictures on the journalling block and Black Soot Crackle Paint on the chipboard pieces.
I managed a few circles and ovals too!

Jennifer - Turning 30 Layout

This layout documents my feelings about life as I turned 30! I used papers from the Studio Calico Hey Day 6x6 Pad, and a piece of pink Crate Paper Little Bo Peep Paper. I scattered some sequins (circular!) because the photo was taken at a party and it looked a bit like table confetti. I also used a Little Bo Peep Border Sticker at the top of the page, and a Martha Stewart Doily Lace Punch above the journaling - the scallops match the scallop patterns on my mermaid outfit!

Jenny - Birthday Card

Lots of circles on my card - Papers are from MME - Notalgia pad, the frame around the image and the flowers were cut with nestabities and I used Tattered Rose distress ink around the image and lots of stickles on her wings and around the frame and flowers.

Louise - How Many Birthday Cakes Layout

This year my son had more birthday cakes than usual as his birthday fell in the middle of the week so he ended up with one for his friends, another (actually it was 10 cupcakes!!) with the family and a third cake on his actual birthday.
My supplies include large AC alphas, scraps and stickers from various Echo Park collection kits.

Jenny - School Letters Box

Jenny - "I've made a box to hold all those school letters that I always manage to misplace just when i need them. I've used some old MME 12 x 12 papers, Fiskers punch for the added extra of scallops and the scrabble tiles have been embossed with clear embossing powder using a versamark ink pad.
More pictures and details here!

Louise - Guitar Lessons Layout

Louise - " My youngest son is the only one who has shown an interest in playing the guitar. My husband loves the guitar and where he failed to be the next Jimmy Hendrix he's hoping his son will succeed! Using left over scraps and stickers from Echo Park Note To Self Kit.

Sarah - "5 Years On" Layout

Sarah - "I wanted to create a layout showing how my daughter has changed in 5 years from when she first started school. I used a mix of Fancy Pants Childish Things and Echo Park Note to Self.

Lisa-Jane - BLW Layout

Lisa-Jane - "BLW stands for Baby Led Weaning which we did with both children.  Instead of spoon feeding tghem pureed food, baby learns to feed themselves solid food from 6 months.  Its really messy but loads of fun and they learn a lot from playing with the food and throwing it about!

Papers are from an Echo Park A Boys Life 6x6 pad

Jennifer - "Dream Big" layout

A layout about my daughter's very first day at school. I've used a variety of products, including Mr Huey Calico White Mist, a Crate Paper Little Bo Peep Sticker, and the Dear Lizzy Date Stamp

Jenny - Windmill Card

Supplies: Papers from Echo Park So Happy TogetherKraft Card & Stickles

 Lisa-Jane  - "You Boys!" Layout

My son and his friend at Beaulieu on an unusually sunny day last September.
I think red, yellow and aqua really feel like Summer and I added one of my favourite Summery embellishments - windmills.

Jennifer - 'Captain Hook' Layout

The first thing I think of when I hear the words 'summer time' is the beach! I decided to use the beach as my inspiration for the layout, but not using beach photos, though the photos have a lose connection because of the mermaid / captain costumes.
I used beachy colours of yellow and blue, plus hints of gold for the sun, and blue gems and pearls to look like water droplets. I also added some pumice texture gel to gesso for some sandy dots, and layered blue border stickers and crepe paper under the main photo like waves:

Supplies include Crate Paper Little Bo Peep 'Alice' PaperBorder Stickers, and gems like these Hero Arts Blue Gemstones.

Louise - "Messing about on the river" Layout

Using the more muted colours from the gorgeous range of Echo Park Sweet day papers and washi tape for journaling on.

Sarah - "Chasing Waves" Layout

Supplies include: Paradise Beach papers, Hello Summer stickers and Thickers letters for the title.

We look forward to seeing your "SUMMER TIME" Projects!!

"It doesn't end here" Layout

Louise used up some leftovers from Echo Park This and That Charming and Note to Self range and Jenni Bowlin hexagon stickers.

Altered Notebook & Pen

Jenny's adorable project includes Gold Stickles & she used a Fiskers punch to create the scalloped borders.

'Chasing Waves' Layout
